Elizabeth Reaser has a career as an American film, TV and stage actor. Her most notable role is The Twilight Saga (film), Greys Anatomy (series) and True Detective. Elizabeth was born in Michigan. Ever since she was little she longed to become an actor. Following her graduation in high school, she enrolled in acting at Juilliard School. She graduated with a degree in fine arts. Jessica was always interested with the film and television industries. Jessica first began modeling. An Australian casting director approached her for auditions. She was cast as "Kiki," the main character in the film Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girls. Since then she's appeared in minor parts on Peter Pan and Aquamarine. Roman Empire, a Netflix original series that ran from the second season, starred her in the role of Cleopatra. Also, she played in the iconic film, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Jessica landed a worldwide search for the lead role on The Outpost. The actress submitted a video of herself to the producers, which included her performance, and an additional tape of her training in MMA. The producers wondered if she could do sword-fighting in the following day, so she sent a video of fighting with swords. Jessica knew her role required weapons training. After having read the script, she recorded her initial session with a professional. Jonathan Glassner said that the stunt crew were amazed at how well Jessica did during her initial lesson. It was her first US big role, as she had previously acted in Australian movies. Jessica's passion for action is shown in the film, with mixed martial arts and horseback riding skills as well her athletic abilities and weapons. Additionally, she can perform her stunts in a way that portrays the strength of a female character. She learned boxing, muay Thai as well as trains at the gym for mixed martial arts in Australia. When shooting Season 4, Jake Stormoen encountered a dog who was wandering around the set. The dogs were occupied on the location. Jessica brought in two of the pups.
